Red Cat Records is proud to announce the brand new partnership with lady rock Paola Pellegrini Lexrock, to publish and promote her third album, that will be out in this spring. It is not an easy task describing the talents of Paola Pellegrini, an intricate all-around expression of rock. The term that best describes her diverse nature would be "polyhedral": professional criminal lawyer in the city of Florence by day and a devout rock guitarist, singer/songwriter by night. Her passion for hard rock/punk/metal came at an early age. Ever since she was a little girl she has been playing guitar and writing songs. Having been a member of various bands, she started her solo career: Paola Pellegrini Lexrock, coining the terms LEX=LAW and ROCK to describe her commitment to protect the constitutionally guaranteed rights of people and the sense of disruptive force and love for authenticity which is ROCK. After recording her first self-produced album "Agape" (2013), all in italian language, her journey towards artistic and musical success began, leading Paola to the label “Qua’ rock Records” and released the first professional album "Dreams Come True" (2015). Going on with real passion and hard work, Paola started to collaborate with some of the most important rock musicians in Italy to realize her new album, with a greater focus on arrangements and a particular attention to the sound, that is powerful and at the same time melodic, with great guitars and a strong rhythm section. All tracks are in English (excepted one song) and oriented to an international market and to a wider audience, and Paola has also the will to play it live the more that is possible and hopefully not only in Italy. www.lexrock.it https://www.facebook.com/paolapellegrinilexrock https://twitter.com/PaolaLexrock?s=07 https://www.instagram.com/paola_pellegrini_lexrock/ https://www.youtube.com/user/LexrockLexrock www.redcatpromotion.com

‘Hologram Moon’ is the first album in five years by the Italian electronic dark wave act Kirlian Camera. It includes the autumn 2017 single ’Sky Collapse’, which saw frontwoman Elena Alice Fossi duetting with Eskil Simonsson of Covenant. A song about blackening skies and disquieting scenarios, it was written by Fossi with band mate Angelo Bergamini and mixed by the legendary producer John Fryer. The song dominated the German Alternative Charts in the final quarter of the year. However, ‘Sky Collapse’ was merely a portent of something more epic, as the full album shows off Kirlian Camera at the peak of their powers. Not only do new songs such as ‘Eyes Of The Moon’, ’Travellers Testament’ and ‘Polar IHS’ seem destined to repeat the club success of the first single, but the lyrical subject matter is also intriguing. The album title itself comes from a conspiracy theory that suggests the moon is no harmless satellite orbiting the earth, but a visual hologram sheltering an artificial and possibly alien construct. Whether taken seriously or not, ‘Hologram Moon’ sees the band engaging in subversive play with perspectives and alternative realities. The band has already revealed the first single "A Thousand Broken Hearts", with an enthusiastic reaction of media and fan-base: "With our debut album "What Was To Be Known" we were just following our instinct showing some attitude and the will to do things for ourselves only, but now with "The Shape", we went truly beyond, digging deeper into us and minding on what we were finding. Through new single "A Thousand Broken Hearts" you will taste just a few things about it, but it's worth a ticket to ride our new journey. We also had to make some tough line-up changes that led us to constantly search for balance, which set us in front of further choices to make. From that point on, we built up a new will, a new desire, to make things in that way, as a new philosophy. Lyrics got more meanings; some are hidden, some more are well shown, even like a sociological end. We truly believe that there is much spirit in this kind of communication, but at the same time this is a mere tool that everyone can handle as they need it".
