Amy Macdonald has today shared the official video for her current single Woman Of The World. A beautifully shot video featuring strong, empowered women from across the globe, the track is the lead single to be released from Amy’s upcoming album ‘Woman Of The World: The Best Of 2007 – 2018’.

Amy recently performed as part of BBC’s Music Day on September 28. Her performance at Glasgow Central Station saw her sing new single ‘Woman Of The World’, as well as her classic track ‘This Is The Life’, backed by the all female, award-winning choir SoundSational.
Following an incredibly busy couple of years which has seen Amy tour Europe playing to live audiences totalling more than half a million people, she has recently announced two new UK shows for March 2019. Amy will play a headline London show at Hammersmith Apollo on the 21st and Manchester’s O2 Apollo on the 22nd. The acoustic shows will see her play a set of her greatest hits, accompanied by a special musical set up, including a string section.
Amy’s last studio album Under Stars was released in February 2017, going on to chart at number 2 in the UK album chart, making it Amy’s fourth Top 5 record in the UK, a feat she has equalled internationally. The album debuted at number 2 in Germany and number 1 in the Swiss album charts.
Amy has sold 13,000,000 records globally since first breaking through with her debut album This Is The Life in 2007. The record went on to sell over 900,000 units in the UK alone.

The votes have been counted, and chart-topping, singer songwriter Harry Styles has been crowned the winner! Harry Styles will take home the coveted Best Live Act Award, sponsored by Ticketmaster and Live Nation, at today’s O2 Silver Clef Awards, an event which raises money for music therapy charity Nordoff Robbins.As the only award voted for by the public at today’s awards, devoted fans proved their dedication to give the award-winning Brit the title of Best Live Act. Receiving 60% of the vote, Styles fought off competition from ten other nominees including Adele, Stormzy, Iron Maiden and Ed Sheeran.
This award is Harry Styles’ first solo win, although he has held the title of Best Live Act twice in 2013 and 2016 as part of boy band One Direction. Previous winners of the award include Sir Paul McCartney (2011), Arctic Monkeys (2015) and Little Mix (2017).
The Best Live Act winner is currently on his debut world tour as a solo act, which will see him play 89 shows across Europe, North America, South America, Australia and Asia, performing hits from his self-titled certified gold and platinum album. Since signing a recording deal in 2016 with Columbia Records, his first solo single, Sign of the Times, reached number one in the UK and number four in the US. Its music video earned him a Brit Award and an iHeartRadio Music Award.
