Three-time Grammy award-winning recording artist, entrepreneur and philanthropist Megan Thee Stallion released the new music video for “UNGRATEFUL (feat. Key Glock)” from the Houston native’s acclaimed LP “Traumazine.” Watch the new visual HERE directed by Colin Tilley. The video for “UNGRATEFUL” – which was produced by Bandplay – comes after Megan released the visual for “HER,” an anthem that celebrates strong independent women, last month. In a recent cover story for New York Magazine, Megan discussed how she strategically prioritized black-and-white visuals to supplement the release of Traumazine. The highly-anticipated LP was released in August and includes features from the hottest names in music including Dua Lipa, Key Glock, Jhené Aiko, Rico Nasty, Latto, Lucky Daye, Pooh Shiesty as well as Houston staples such as Sauce Walka, Big Pokey & Lil Keke. The new project invites listeners into Megan’s deepest thoughts and touches on her journey of self-actualization and dealing with trauma. It also includes previously-released songs, such as “Pressurelicious,” “Sweetest Pie,” and “Plan B”. The new visual comes shortly after Megan made history as she became the first black, female artist to headline the Reading and Leeds festivals in the UK. Headie One releases brand new track, '22 Carats', available now across all DSPs via Relentless Records. Featuring the French rapper Gazo, '22 Carats' is a collaboration years in the making, as Headie’s status as the UK break-out drill rapper reached France, Gazo was just starting out. Citing him as a huge influence on his rapping style, he reached out to Headie during the pandemic, with the pair finally getting together in a studio in Paris this year, resulting in the stone cold drill track. Gazo released his debut mixtape "Drill FR" in February 2021, topping the French album charts, giving him the much deserved title The Prince Of French Drill. '22 Carats' is produced by French producer Leo Eynard with the video directed by Screetch. Watch the video for 22 Carats here This latest track follows the recent release of Headie’s single 'Came In The Scene', his first new music since 'Too Loyal For My Own Good' in late 2021, marking a new chapter for The King Of Drill with more tracks to come from his recent travels in Europe very soon. HEADIE ONE Instagram | YouTube | Facebook | Twitter GAZO Instagram | YouTube American rapper Denzel Curry shares new single 'The Game' with video, out now on Loma Vista16/8/2021 Today, Denzel Curry returns to share a new song. The first new standalone single from Denzel in a year, 'The Game' finds him in peak form, assessing the current state of the rap game over Charlie Heat production. Whereas Denzel previously would have used this kind of opportunity to remind his peers of his technical prowess, 'The Game' sees him slow down his delivery so that the full effect of his bars can be felt.
The song arrives on the heels of it being announced as part of the Madden NFL 2022 soundtrack, marking the 4th year in a row that the soundtrack has featured a Denzel Curry single following 'Sumo', 'Shawshank' and 'Lemonade'. Most recently, Denzel connected with Robert Glasper for an exclusive Record Store Day release of their joint album Live From Leimert Park. He also appears on the new season of The Choe Show (Episode 3: "Just Us 3" with Will Arnett), and a new episode of Dave (FX) (Episode 207: "Ad Man"), out now. Listen to 'The Game' above and stay tuned for more from Denzel Curry soon. |
